I have three pod/mods all rated 100 watts or less and I will probably be using them at only 10 to 20 watts. So which battery is best for me ?

i'm not the one to speak about the technical side of things but the Molicel is probably your best choice for an 18650. It's the only name-brand OEM 18650 on your list & 10A should be fine for 10-20 Watts. The Samsung 40T is the only name-brand OEM 21700 on the list. If you need 21700s, that would be the one. i'll note, though, that Samsung has been lobbying for a ban on sales of Li batteries to end-user consumers; personally, i'm not going to get any of their batteries for that reason.

As always, it's a good idea to see what Mooch, aka BatteryMooch, has to say about a battery before purchasing it.

When you have a choice to buy OEM batts or Branded batts (aka "rewraps"), you should go with OEM batts and preferably the ones listed in Mooch's recommended batts lists. The only time Mooch lists Branded batts in his lists is when there are no OEM alternatives for that size of batt.

OEM batt brands you should focus on are are Molicel, Sony/Murata, Panasonic, Sanyo, Samsung and LG. Any other batts that look like OEM batts are either rewrap brands trying to fool you into thinking they are OEMs, or OEMs that jsut aren't worth using for various reasons.

Branded batts are easy to spot since the wrappers are branded with logos whereas OEMs are not since they aren't made for consumers, they are made for power packs manufacturers (cordless tools/laptops, etc) and will never been seen by consumers (in theory).
Examples or branded/rewrap batts are: Efest, Keeppower, Epoch, Vapcell, Hohmtech, Ultrafire, Trustfire, Bestfire, Vappower, BestKalint, Golisi, Blackcell, LiitoKala, Aweite (AWT), Brillpower, etc. The reason it is advised to keep away from these branded batts is because they usually just rewrap batteries made by actual battery manufacturers with their own branded wraps and you have no idea what consistency you are getting from one battery to the next, and they can also switch their source at any time without you ever knowing it. So even if Mooch has a high rating for a certain branded batt, that doesn't mean the one you buy is going to be anything like the one9s) he reviewed/rated..

Lishen is also an OEM battery, but not nearly as well known, and will work well for your needs. As MLEJ mentioned, Molicel is the only other one on the list that's OEM. I considered buying those Lishen 217's, but I already have 12 217's and have no use for more of them atm - even though that price is a steal.

The Amp CDR rating you're looking for is at least 10A. Anything beyond that is headroom (which is good for a higher heat capacity).

    Good tool. https://vapinghardware.com/calculators/battery-amp-draw-calculator/
You can leave Mod Efficiency and Battery low voltage cut-off as is.

Once you have found out what amp rating you need in a battery for a regulated mod using the tool above, consult Mooch's list I linked to above for regulated mods then choose from there. This makes things simple. That, of course, means that you will have to fore-go most of what you listed in your OP and spend a little more money.

When choosing a battery for your regulated mod, after you have figured out what amp rating you need using the tool above, it's good to go with the battery that has the highest mAh rating but is still above your needed amp rating. So if you vape at 7 amps, a 15 amp battery at at 3000mah is better for you than a 20 amp battery at 2500mah, since that extra 500mah will give you more runtime/vapes between charges.

No, not all batteries are the same. Many rewraps are name brand rejects which overstate the mAhs of their batteries. This can lead to poor performance and possibly explosion/fire with use on a mech mod. Mooch's blog is the best source for information on batteries and also where to buy them.

The battery in your mod/pod/mech is the single most important part of the whole device. Cutting corners on inferior batteries to save a few bucks is NOT worth the risk, it could end in disaster.
Know your current drain for the wattage your likely to vape using the Battery Amp Drain Calculator that @UncleJunkle linked and always buy your batteries from a reputable supplier.
Re-wrapped batteries as already mentioned are an unknown in a lot of cases.
