Here in the EU/UK we are forced to choose answer "A".
I prefer higher nicotine and refillable pods.

Imho C, D, and E all require protonated nic to be even vaguely vapable and are dangerously high.

This is the thing with pods. people want to reduce nic level over time, and many don’t even want to start that high. Prefilled pods have all kinds of problems.
