which E-Cig's allow for smoke juice?

I want to purchase an e-cigarette, but i want to be able to add flavored smoke juice, can i in all of them? or only certain brands? I am looking at Envy bliss on amazon.com

I just bought the Envy Bliss at a smoke shop yesterday. If I understand the refilling technique I believe you can refill the cartridges (I just ordered the johnson creek 15 ml in both Tennessee and Peach cobbler last night so I'm hoping I'm right) by putting a few drops into the wool part inside the cartridge.

The DSE901 is very popular. Most merchants sell it for about 45-55 bux. Easy to refill.
Before buying that I would make sure you can easily obtain spare batteries and atomizers. There are many reputable merchants on here to choose from.
