Identifying popular branded e-cigs

I think it would be helpful to know what model all the "big names" are, especially since a lot of us first find out about e-cigs by seeing an ad for Blu or Smoking Everywhere or one of the others branded ones that cost a lot and aren't necessarily the best. I know Blu is L88, but how about:

Smoking Everywhere
Envy Bliss
Dlight
Luci
Xecig
E-Health

Or anything else anybody can think of.
