Nicotine or this website?? Today is my 2 month anniversary into vaping instead of smoking and just about as long on this website. My cigarette cravings are pretty much gone and a lot of health things have shown a marked improvement for me. But I can't seem to kick the habit of browsing this website for hours on end and vaping continuosly in the process. I literally have to force myself to get up and walk away from the computer. It has also led me down a path to another malady that I have named AddToCartittis. I can't help myself, too many shinys and too many flavors.
I need to get my life back, what can I do??

That one I can totally relate to.

After a year, I'm personally down to a check-in every day or so. When you start, there's a backlog of incredible advice to sift through, and everything's new. With time, you'll get caught up and figure out what works best for you. Then you can avoid the 'provari vs. everything' threads, and stick with your interests.

I'm just saying it gets to be less overwhelming as time goes on.

Seeing as how I've been on ECF well over a year and a day hasn't gone by without me posting Something......both! ;)

Edit: Just checked my average posts per day...only 19? Ah, I think it's really more than that  Some areas of the forum don't count the posts, like the Lounge section. If it did  I'm SURE it would be more per day!

Find a non-virtual hobby. I was spending way to much time on the internets back in the mid-nineties! That's when I took up restoration of wooden boats and boating. Much better for you and way more fun than looking at a glowing screen.

The need to feed my boating addiction is another reason why I don't collect a lot of vaping stuff. :D

Thats my problem!! I was an avid metal detectorist and an amatuer photographer. Now, all my detectors and cameras are just sitting over there collecting dust. I try to drag myself out for a hunt or to get some wildlife pics...but nooooo!! I must read and vape!! Arrrrrgggghhhh!!!
