Problem you might run into is that it's hard to judge just by manufacturer.
LorAnn seems to make nice fruity flavors. I love their cheesecake and strawberry. They seem to require relatively high percentage mixes. 15% cheesecake + 5% strawberry, or 10% straight strawberry seems good.
There are very few that I like from Wizard Labs (I believe they resell TFA). Mocha, Earl Grey tea and Commercial
tobacco are good. I've tried their strawberry and cheesecake, and those were terrible. So was their clear
tobacco. My wife loves their "Marlbaro" too. They are alcohol based, and are very concentrated. I mix them between 1-3%
Ectoplasm is good (Flavor West I think), if you like citrus flavors. Also very strong flavor -- 1.5% is as much as I can handle. It does eat into the bottles and tube in your Reo, to the point where I could taste it after putting my Reo through a few cycles of a dish washer.
Edit:
Also, some flavors improve with steeping, usually tobacco ones. My Commercial Tobacco is only vapable after about 2 weeks. Some fruity ones get worse with time. The strawberry cheesecake tastes really nasty after a month.
