Your first one has a 1.8mm diameter airflow hole and is bottom fill. Second one has a 2.5mm diameter and is top fill.
If you are after tighter mtl, choose option 1. I've tried both, actually prefer the sjmy version (2.3mm airflow, bottom fill) as I like an airy mtl draw.
The option 2 top fill SXK is a great rta, but it requires using juice flow control to top fill it - or else it gurgles. The JFC works by using the drip tip to twist the chamber which closes off the juice ports for refilling.
Both are awesome with flavour galore, easy wickers and easy to build. The SJMY doggystyle RTA is still my favourite rta - minimum parts, looks awesome and is easy to maintain.
