They all look good, but I'm confused. I don't know which gg is the right one for me. Do they come in a complete kit with batteries and a charger and stuff, or is it just the body?

They just come as a body because only you know what batteries, charger and atomisers you want. You don't want someone else putting a kit together and forcing you to have certain options, that's not how the GG works.
It's all about you choosing what you want.
Wow, well I'm using a 510 now with a passthrough at my computer. I'm about to get an adapter to use it in my car as well. I've heard these things don't last long, but it's been working great for the past few days. I want something I can keep powered through a usb if possible, and lasts a long time away from it, and produces a great throat hit like my 510 does, although I have learned that not all 24mg nic juices are created equally, because some of my juices give a huge hit, and others not so much. So something that could really bring out the power in my vapes would be nice as well.
I would recommend that you get a GG Transformer (GGT) You can choose to use this at 3.7V & 6V and later on, 7.2V and higher.
Gives you all the options and if you get a 510 adapter off Imeo, you can use your existing 510 atties on it too.
i'm sorta second guessing my call on ordering the GG Slim before a device that can do 6v... but i'm just waiting for that "future" GG with 5v on the dot.
