I currently own an istick mini and an istick 20w, i enjoyed the istick line alot.

BUT i want something bigger now, i can either pick up an iJust 2 kit or a iStick TC40W with an arctic sub ohm. I'm not getting into TC just yet but i guess it would be good to have it in the future, I think i would enjoy both but i want some second opinions :)

Heya @R-dot!

Lots of awesome mods out there these days. I'd been using a bunch of iSticks, but I'm moving more toward replaceable battery mods. Just because a mod has TC, doesn't mean you have to use it. I have an eVic VTC Mini and a couple of Cloupor Mini Pluses. More often than not, I'm just running in VV/VW mode. You would have to consider GOOD batteries - many of the LG series, Sony VTC4/5, Samsung R25s - all good, provided sourced from a reputable vendor. Need a good charger - I currently have a Nitecore Intellicharger, but there are some better ones out there now.

I don't have a 2- or 3-cell mod (been hearing lots of good about the Reuleaux (sp?) which needs 3 batteries (bought together, charged together, used together))

Many are so inexpensive now - just depends on how you might want to use it....

Good luck in your quest!

i started out using an istick30w then got an istick50w. then i got into the whole temp control thing so i now use an Evic VTC mini. like mentioned, there are lots of good mods out there with so many options. if i were you, i'd narrow it down to either built in battery/single18650/dual18650 and then decide temp control or no temp control. i watched a few reviews on the new istickTC100w yesterday and i might scoop that up next since i was a huge fan of the istick50w other than the firing button that quit working.

Typically people change mods because their current ones are not getting it done anymore , not enough wattage , no temp control when you want temp control etc...

What does i need a "bigger" mod mean exactly ?
Not enough wattage for me anymore, I would like to use all of these new tanks that are coming out but 20 watts isn't cutting it.

Oh, well that makes perfect sense. If you like the iSticks might as well stick with them i would think .

Are you looking to try something else , sounds like you have seen something and want to know more about it , OK , what is it lol.
I have been wanting to try a MOD with a removable battery only one i can buy is an E LVT Mini it's a bit ugly but it might be better, im not sure

The CoolFire IV or CoolFire IV Plus may be a good option!

Outstanding mods but not a replaceable battery option . I have discussed this with an Innokin rep who listens to customer feedback but they won't say if they will release a replaceable 18650 mod at this time.

They have been working on a new VTR with considerably more power but no info on a release date .
