I'm not sure which sleeve (cone) I need to order to best fit my ego + igo s combination. Which would be the best fit (as streamlined as possible looking)

If by streamlined you mean straight to the battery then this one fits best:
eGo Chrome Cone for the 3.5 mL Dual Coil Tank
the lip fits just about dead on.

This one also fits:

it's not 100% the same diameter but extremely close

and this one would make it look like it has a rocket engine cone on it
