I don't really need much in the way of vape gear anymore, just occasional re-stocks on DIY supplies and flavors. I've had a moratorium on vape spending since sometime in September, looking forward to all the Black Friday sales... but then I realized, if I'm gonna buy something then, it really oughta be something I TRULY NEED... like some real leather boots -- which cost a bloomin' fortune usually, but on Black Friday I might actually be able to afford them.

If the fecal matter hits the rotating blades with this FDA deeming crapola, I'll probably get a couple more Coolfire IV's, and at least one more Achilles, but otherwise, I'm pretty well set for vape gear.

I really like new gadgets. I save considerable money by building them. I have one Arduino board which has been six different things since the first of the year.

I too like gadgets, probably too much. Honestly it surprised me that I have not upgraded ipads although am considering it because of the need for more storage space than my 16gb ipad 2 has. I have been watching for leaked black friday ads. One that I have noticed is an add for a xbox one bundle that dell will have for 399. Last year was pretty successful for me at walmart. I got a great bargain on a fitbit flex. That is one of the things I bought. This year I hope I can find a sale on a samsung gear smart watch!

most of the time, i'll try and save up. if it's something i like..or a new hobby..i'll probably go all out..like this this vaping hobby i picked up while trying to quit smoking and i can see myself spending a lot of money already.. probably more than what i normally spend on smokes.. so right now, i have mind set on buying for my new vaping hobby. i'm thinking a coil building kit, new device w/ higher wattage, diff flavors of juices. :)

come to think of it..and i could be about this..but i'm guessing this hobby can get quite expensive. :p

Agreed, everyday almost there is something new, something better, out there! All the new gear, has something about it that just makes you want to buy it and vape off of it! I myself thought a vape pen with an ego battery is all i would bother buying. Yeah, that lasted a long time. Maybe two weeks later I had upgraded to an ipv mini 30 watt, and then moved to an aspire cf subohm (but only because I had problem with the ipv mini). The problem with the ipv is one I will discuss if you so desire!

I generally check DealNews: http://dealnews.com/black-friday/

So far, they only have Dell, Half-Price Books, and Harbor Freight, but they're quick to put up others as they become available.

On the other hand, regarding the black friday ads I have two sites that i like to use http://www.bfads.net/ and https://blackfriday.com/

Cars, computers, guns, take your pick, I've sunk a small fortune into all of them.

During the last year I have reversed my buying sprees from vaping gear back to buying books like I used to do before I started vaping. The problem is that I rarely have enough time to read them and after a while they take up a lot of space. I do have a Kindle , but somehow holding the book in your hand is way better, even if it is not as convenient.

As a musician, I suffer from GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome), so most of my retail therapy (not that I do a lot of it) goes toward things relating to that hobby (including my last computer build). Probably my next purchase:

I'm a big car enthusiast (more racing than road cars these days), but I've driven on '01 Ford Focus for about eight years now after owning more enthusiast oriented cars. I miss having a fun weekend car dearly, but man they're a sink for cash and time for what little real use they get. It's a rich man's hobby for sure. That said, when these start rolling around second hand, I might buckle:

Im with some of the others here. Vape stuff should just be juice and wire for a while(just got into temp control).Guns took a back seat after the baby but i love reliable cheap (ish) guns . My daily driver J(ust) E(mpty) E (very) P (ocket) takes up my auto budget but just like my Glock it never lets me down.
