I have a Kanger horizontal coil cartomizer I would like try in my tank.
I know it will fit, and that I need to punch a feed hole in it.

My question:
the outer wall of the carto is white, but it is not a label / sticker that makes it white. It looks like paint or similar coating. (The inside of the carto is SS.)
Is it safe to use these on a tank, with the carto submerged in the e liquid?

Over a period of time, the nicotine will cause the paint to come off. If you have a dremel, drill, and an old battery, you can get the paint off. Attack the carto to the battery then insert the battery end into the drill motor. Now take the dremel with a wire brush disc, turn both on, and grind it off. It won't take but a minute to do.
