like i said - getting a run around. bad device and they keep resending the same one back to me. i am not going to post a long drawn out play by play. i just want to speak to him.

Since I don't know exactly what the problem(s) are.......I would just take a nice calming vape and then call them and see what can be worked out. I've never heard anything bad about them (but I'm sure there has been at one point or the othr) but I think you can get the problem resolved.
