Earlier today, I contacted madvapes about a problem with my current order. The exact nature of the problem really isn't important... Suffice it to say the 'fault' was neither madvapes, nor was it mine. I called the telephone order line so I could speak to a human being... :blink:

The young woman I spoke with listened to my brief explanation, asked my name and within less than 5 minutes had my problem fixed! :w00t:

I was so pleasantly shocked that I failed to ask her name. :oops:

I have been buying products from madvapes for a little more than 2 years now. I have had only one previous order problem, and that problem was corrected promptly and cheerfully.

I would like to commend MadVapes for employing such kind, respectful & helpful people.

WAY TO GO MadVapes!!! :thumbs:
