This is the first year I did that! My hubby is too tired and ill from our move to go shopping with me and shopping is no fun alone! I got some V4L e-stuff for me and will order some more for a friend (exchanging gifts on the 30th) I also shopped for gifts for my son on "Think geek". Some great usb stuff there! I love the Tardis hub:2cool:. My daughter got stuff that I am hoping makes it here on time! The Grandboys got some stuff too!.
This was the easiest shopping I have ever done and saved money with all the sales.

Everything I ordered for me, I ordered online. LOL IPad and all my new e-cig toys! :) Helps that my BD is a week before Christmas, so then I can really spend like crazy!

Everything I got for everyone else was hitting the pavement. Which, I enjoy. I like the Christmas decorations and music in the stores, but I won't go during the last minute rush. I've been finished for a week.

When we lived in St. Cloud, we would go to the Florida mall and spend the night..they have a very nice hotel there. It's fun to shop, drop off packages and then do lunch. Repeat and do dinner. Go back up to the room after drinks and watch a movie. I loved being able to rest between stores and watch the crazy people with 3 kids a grumpy hubby and 80/11 shopping bags!
But this year I wasn't feeling it. Both kids working double shifts, the boys off and running and half my decorations in storage buried under all Mikes tools! Hum bugbah! LOL

I've been doing the majority of my shopping online for a few years. This year all of it except for toys for my young toddler grandson. All of my relatives except for 2 live out of town so it is so much easier because the shipping and gift wrapping is all taken care of for me. The ones in town...well easier than fighting the mobs and spending hours in stores.

I did the majority of my shopping online this year. I still have some small items I need to go out and pick up...I wasn't going to wait until the last minute to do that but unfortunately, my GENEROUS co-workers gave me a stomach/head cold type flu for Christmas which subsequently screwed up my week. Now I have to brave last minute Christmas Eve shoppers to finish...UGH.

Unfortunatly for me my atm card was hacked somehow and my bank account drained :(. My bank has put back the money but I think from now on i will only be using a secured credit card online.

YES...Please! Don't use your debit card for online purchases. Actually, I say don't use your debit card for ANYTHING. If someone gets that number and drains your account, it could be disastrous. Get a credit card and use it for everyday purchases. If someone gets that number, at least it won't freeze up your money.

On some purchases I use a prepaid credit card, NO risk at all.
Just me..I did see that shirt! So cute. Did you see the Harry Potter wand that is a flashlight? It only comes on when you say "Lumos" and turns off with "Nox"! Too bad is looks took plasticty. My 11 yesr old grandson would have been thrill. They also had the wand that controls the T.V. by doing different wand movements..swish and flick!
