madvapes usually gets them in stock quickly. I kept looking on their site every day for about a week until they were back in stock.

I have seen them sold by other vendors, but I don't remember where. Do a Google Image search for "e-cig ohm meter" and you'll get lots of hits for that little black box ohm meter, then just start going to each web site until you find one.
