Who has ordered from Heathers Heavenly Vapes??

What's with the instant gratification this nation has become. Its touchy to bring in staff that are not fully vested in the business and expect them to fulfill orders with the accuracy of the owners. That takes a lot of training and trust.
We manufacture a product for livestock and even when I am in the packaging room with my 16yo son I have to watch him like a hawk to be sure he is doing stuff right. If I take my eyes off him the lid, label, closure may get messed up and or not be consistent.
Allow HHV the extra time to get orders out without pressuring them. If you wait too long to order and start running out of juice, this does not constitute an emergency on the part of HHV.

I'v ordered from HHV three times, and each time, the order has taken a little longer. The first time I ordered was in October--it took5 days (ordered on a Saturday). The next time (November, also ordered on Sat.) it took 6 days. And the last time it took nearly two weeks (but 4 days of that was the Post office sitting on my package because they were too lazy to put it on the truck for the 2 days that they DID deliver before Christmas).
Considering the time of year, and the explosion in popularity with their product--and the fact that is is a CUSTOM-MADE product I'm asking for, I don't consider a week or two to be unreasonable for a turnaround on an order--and neither should anyone else. If there are adults out there who can't wait a week or two for a HAND-MADE, CUSTOM-ORDERED product, without throwing a tantrum, then perhaps they just need to adjust their meds...
HHV is gaining popularity by leaps and bounds, and they are a SMALL operation. They simply aren't set up to supply the avalanche of orders they are getting from customers on a national scale. Give them some time--they are working to catch up, and will hopefully be expanding their operation to meet demand.
I remember the "good old days" when I was a kid. The closest mall was over 2 hours away. There was no WalMart, Target or other such super-retailers where I lived. You ordered stuff out of catalogs, and it took a MONTH for stuff to arrive. My mom did her Christmas catalog shopping in November--NOT because there were great deals on "Black Friday", but because it took that long for the stuff to get to us.
People are spoiled and impatient these days. The "instanteneous gratification" culture has made it so that when people don't get something they asked for in one or two days, they start throwing tantrums. And many people seem to be incapable of planning ahead, and then get all cranky when someone can't instantly pull their bacon out of the fire when supplies run low.
My answer to this is to tell people to "put on their big-person panties" and suck it up. If you can't see that your favorite juice is running low, and order a new bottle far enough ahead to NOT run out, then that is YOUR fault--not the post office, not the Vendor, and not other customers.
Plan ahead people--a little "preventive maintenance" won't kill ya, and it actually imparts a sense of confidence and peace knowing that you are, in fact, "ahead of the game" and prepared for the unexpected...

From order to my doorstep took about 8 days. That was fine by me. I wasn't in a hurry, especially considering I planned to steep them for a few weeks anyway.
But then, I keep a larger supply of juice on hand for just that purpose (steeping new arrivals).

I have been meaning to try them out. I'm not much of a tobacco kinda vaper...so what do you guys suggest? Juice I would recommend you ask? Well, killa vanilla from altsmoke, oak barrel cider from epipemods, and if you ever come to Fort Smith Arkansas....there is a store called discount tobacco. Some local guy sells the freakin best peach e juice I have ever had. It tastes just like those peach rings we always buy when on road trips.
I placed an order with them for some 50/50 PG/VG blend tobacco flavors and some smaller samples of these with medium menthol added. I hope they taste good to me.
I wasn't a tobacco flavor guy either, until I tried HHV's naturally extracted tobaccos (NETs), now I can't get enough. Must tries: Gandalf, Dark Horse, Heavenly Tobacco, Huntsman, Oompa, Shadowfax, and pirates booty. All wonderful! Warning: HHV juices are likely to induce a major obsession with juice hoarding.

My latest order took 6-7 days but I am located in PA. My closest vape store is an hour and a half away, only wish I could drive 50 minutes. It's worth the drive!
I am new to vaping and I ordered an eGo-Twist and Mini Vivi Nova tank from LITECIGUSA and a 3ml Sampler pack of juice from Heather's Heavenly Vapes.
Placed my order on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 from Heathers, it was in the mail the next day and I received it on Friday, January 4!
My sampler included: Gandalf, Dark Horse, Pirates Booty and Vanilla Dream - the first one I chose to try was Vanilla Dream and I really am enjoying it right out of the mail. The others are steeping.

I'd also strongly recommend Serendipity to non tobacco flavor folks. Sometimes you can miss out on some incredible flavors by excluding tobacco - or fruits - or whatever. Serendipity is - while it IS a naturally extracted tobacco - an absolutely delicious creamy vanilla and caramel followed by a coffee and chocolate notes as it ages. An amazing juice and worthy of adding to your sampler selection or 6 ml size when you next order.
Serendipity sounds worth adding to my next order...I have already discovered I am not into tobacco flavors.
Add me in for Serendipity. It isn't an "in your face" flavor, but the coffee/caramel/chocolate tones are definitely there. I never thought I'd find something I could vape all day that would be a tobacco flavor, but this is a favorite of mine.
Placed my order the first, got shipped the second, should be here tomorrow or the next day. I would definitely make an hour drive if i had a vape store worth the drive. But i dont.
