who has the BEST RY4 CONCENTRATE?

I am looking to make my own RY4 and dilute some high nicotine fluid down but i dont want to loose flavor so I am looking to get some RY4 concentrate to keep the flavor nice...i found some at www.thevaporpro.com for a decent price but i dont know if its any good?

Does anyone know where i can get any? Have you tried this place? Any info on the subject would be greatly appreciated!
