Nobody? Fastest shipping? Most Reliable? None of my local B&M's even carry anything better than 10A knock off's. Don't get me wrong, a couple actually carry AW's. I would just like an even safer battery. I'm not even looking to sub-ohm, yet...
No problem. There are places on eBay and many other vendors are starting to pick up the VTC4's (which is what the above are), though it's hard to get them too much cheaper (barring 25-50 cents) as the wholesale on those came out to around $6-$6.25 last I recall, and you had to order 1-2,000 of them upfront to get them that cheap. Small orders still came out at the $7+ range for those buying in bulk in less than 500 orders.
The ones from eCiggity came to me at 3.7v, charged to 4.2v and they've been happily powering my Nemesis and SVD since
I'm NOT trying to knock that vendor since I don't know anything about them, but I LOVE the white home-made stickers - and I could have sworn the VTC4's were 2100 mah?

The labels are common when the batteries come from overseas or Hawaii. Anytime I've ordered from either areas, the labels are always on my batteries. If I order within the US, stateside, then I just get a battery with the standard light blank print only. All of them are the real deal and I've actually verified this through a local shop that works with higher end batteries for RC power packs.
The actual standard printing is on the batteries eCigitty ships out, which is also in the picture / snapshot for the item on their site.
As for MAH, The VTC4's are typically 2100, though the minimum for them is 2000 mah. Some vendors use 2100, some use 2000, but it's the same battery. Other vendors, some even more well-known, advertise 2000 not 2100 as well. Just a few examples below.
For the next day (or so) Congrevape has another buy going on the Sony 18650 VTC4's. $30.58 for four of them, shipped, but the won't be shipping until Feb, so that may be a turnoff for some.
I have a set on the way. I saw an eBay listing that said in big red letters "Do not charge by Nitecore Intellicharger or some so call intelligent charger that could charge different battery models. Charge by 4.2V Li-ion 18650 Charger only!"
