Taifun is a terrific (almost the best) rba so far.
So this question goes around my head all the time: who invented it originally???

Saw somewhere that it was invented in Germany, as the box says 'Made in Germany' too.

But the name 'taifun' sounds more like Chinese, and it could be invented by someone in China.

Any one has a clue?

The brand name is Taifun, which is the name of the company. They make models such as the GT. As MrPlink stated, it is a German company, pronounced "TYE-FOON", which is German for Typhoon.
The Taifun was also a muchly anticipated Nazi Anti-Aircraft rocket in WWII, but never made it into production due to developmental problems. The British developed a similar rocket to the Taifun, and used it quite successfully against the advancing Germans. The Russians also had a Taifun rocket in the 1960s, but it failed many field tests and was scrapped shortly afterward. As many of you know, a popular 'clone' of the Taifun/Kayfun style is the Rocket. Just another fun fact. :D
