Good question! I'm curious about the answer as well. I always assumed he was someone who was on the scene for a long time and has some connections in speccing out how his atomizers are made. I only know that he makes good stuff!
Cisco = God.
OK, not quite...but in the vaping world he is rather famous. He's the one who first made the laser pen mod, and helped pushing modding forward quite a bit. He's also the man behind the high-quality Cisco Atomizers. He supplied a Chinese manufacturer with high quality NiChrome wire and got them to make LONG lasting attys to his specs.
He was involved with the Pulse for a time and will someday be releasing the Helix.
