It actually does fit, but the driptip barely protrudes out from the tip of the cone. Your lips end up on the cone, also. I have a tip from nhaler and just put it on mine-never thought about doing this. Plenty of airflow, the driptip could use a bit more length to be comfortable to the lips. I do agree that it might get a bit hotter than normal using it with the cone. If you decide to go that route, I would advise short quick hits.

I don't use my eGo too much anymore, but when I need the super stealth vaper I bust it out. I use a Cisco 306LR atty, and the cone. As mentioned above the drip tip does protrude a tiny bit, but I find the overall length of the device makes it the perfect super stealth vaper! I don't have any issues with heat using the cone and the LR306 combo.

Here is a pic of the LR 306 on an eGo with a chopped cone. I didn't do the best job cutting it but you get the idea.

Another pic of the 900mah eGo with LR 306 drip tip compared to a regular 650mah eGo with a regular 510 atty/cart combo.

Another one with both 900mah eGo batts, one with a LR 306 drip tip and the other with the 510 atty/cart combo.

And a closer look.

I think it gives you a really good sense of the size difference between the two.
