I think I have to go with busardo. He's the only one that gives the technical information as far as I know. Nick "grimm" green is a close second because he is experienced and is just a likable guy.

Andruless is definitely one of the best reviewers on YouTube. His "vaping For Beginners" videos are very informational.
Do we have to stick with one? 
I have liked IndoorSmokers, VapingwithTwisted420, Rip Trippers, and just started watching Pbusardo's videos. I like his "can I taste your juice?" intro, and his Legal Vape 4000 video is hilarious! His cloud chasing video is kinda funny too, how his smoke alarm keeps going off from the clouds he blows.

I like Busardo because of the relative lack of silliness; he gets the job done, and he's experienced enough that I take his opinion seriously, even if I end up disagreeing with it.
If I'm going to watch a video with silliness, I'd rather watch Robert Ellis than Tripper. He's an old fart, to which I relate, and his white beard reminds me of my dad, who I wish had lived long enough to get into e-cigs and avoid lung cancer.
Also Tripper claimed that Long Bottom Leaf pipe sauce tastes like lime, which is so wildly off the mark, that I have to wonder what he's on, or what's wrong with his tastebuds, or did they give him the wrong stuff in his bottle! How the heck does coffee/smoky sweet tobacco and hints of chocolate and vanilla taste like lime?

Their stuff is incredibly awkward to watch (one I saw was him and some chick bickering like a married couple, nothing to do with the review I was watching for) and the editing is all over the place.

P. Busardo. Just enough humor to keep it lighthearted and I feel he is very fair in his reviews. He just comes off as a regular guy who is obsessed with vaping like the rest of us. I love how he caters to new vapers. I always check with him before I buy to see if he has a review of a product. I can always count on him to catch any little things that will make it a no go for me before I buy. And did I mention how cute he is??
Pbusardo with GrimmGreen in second. Vapingwithtwisted420 is good as well, and I do like the fact that he reviews clones. Rip is too obsessed with cloud chasing to make his videos good. Indoorsmokers is just a joke, I'm pretty sure the guy is just high all the time. Can't say much for RubyRoo since I don't watch her videos. Suck My Mod is kind of lame. The guy and the girl are not likable... at all. Just my opinion.

maybe I'm biased because I live near phil, but he does such a good job. yeah i hear you about the quality of scott's videos. I just can't get past the constant O rings. I think Rip started off with good intentions, but has just been busy with his business trying to make money before the gov't cracks down. In person, i'm told he's very laid back and humble. His technical information is lacking these days. His definition of a sleeper coil is just wrong. I believe you about the lime thing because I've heard his juice isn't that good. At the end of the day though and thinking about the big picture, he does have a lot of basic coil build videos that are accessible to beginooners. I have those videos to thank in part for quitting smoking.
P Busardo is good but too many are 40 minutes long. I think he feels he has to state some cons to everything he reviews even if they are extremely trivial. But I trust his opinion more than anyone reviewing this stuff though. I watch him to learn; if I want to laugh I watch the two stoners, Indoorsmokers and vapingwithtwisted420. I just love twisted420 screwing up a coil build and some of his banter.
Rip Trippers I like a lot but I'm not big on building coils that need 20w-50w boxes. I prefer his heavy edits compared to lot's of repetitive droning from so many others.

Rip Trippers for coil building and general goofiness. PBusardo for thoroughness and factory tours. Ruby Roo for laid back interesting takes on things.
Ditto! That was hilarious. For me, it also shows that even though everything doesn't go perfectly, you can still get the job done, which is a great lesson. I have a lot of respect for people who aren't afraid to show their failures as well as their successes, because you can learn a lot from both.
