I'm not sure I understand what you mean. A lot of comparison is made to the provari because it is a proven solid device. The evic is too under powered to be capable of performing like the provari, and the segeili zmax had the screens falling out of them because they were held on by double sided tape at first. Something that would have been seen with the tiniest effort of lab testing that they did not do. That is why the provari has so many "fanboys"

I'm confused. Who proved the P-product solid? Who proved the eVic to be underpowered for 90% of vapers? Who showed the sigelei Zmax with its screen falling out?

I understand that you're trying to tow the middle line, but do you even know what you're talking about? Or are you just repeating things heard?

LOL...are you seriously that blinded by the BS? If you were a new vaper, you would see the clear bias. I want unbiased reviews. I don't want Z-crapomizer combined with P-product based reviews. A damned ego 650 with a cartomizer gave me a darned good vape, before I was told that it sucked.

So your 650 quit giving you a good vape because someone ttold you it sucked? Maybe its feelings were hurt.

Is anyone else tired of these so-called vaping video "hosts" promoting products? I'm not even talking about the weak reviewers (like FieldofVapor who recently reviewed a product that he KNEW wasn't going to be the final product).

It is frustrating to be a new vaper and have to deal with fan boys of the P-product comparing everything else to the P-product. I know for a fact that the Sigelei Zmax and the eVic are reliable products that are awesome buys.

I have seen so many videos from the guys/gals that have promoted themselves to the forefront of the vaping community via YouTube that are obviously prejudicial. Phil Busardo (sp?) and Nick Green are two of the most reliable I've seen, but even Phil spends a lot of time sucking on the proverbial P-product. His recent Christmas stocking giveaway was a thinly veiled marketing ploy to get people to the P-product site with it in their carts.

We really need prominent, experienced vapers who are giving us unbiased info, despite the fact that they like certain vendors, or that vendors give them some freebies for promos.

My 2 cents.

As a new vapor how is it that you know what is good and reliable? The eVic has been out for what a month, month and a half? the Zmax is about 6-8 months. The P product has been around for 2-3years perhaps longer, because of how long it has been around it has become the standard which the new devices are measured against. If you don't like that you should design and manufacture something better to take the place of the current bench mark.

Some hosts are just plain unwatchable, but there are a few I find extremely helpful (you mentioned 2 of them). Maybe, you should review products yourself? That why you can be absolutely sure your opinions are non biased, which is exactly what the big guys & gals did when they first started.

Overall, I think the big reviewers have their heart in the right place and do provide some really helpful information, regardless of their personal vape preference. I pick and choose what works me :)

Be well and have fun :)

Fanboys are generated from multiple products, not just the Provari. How many VAMO fanboys are out there? All products are going to have their positives and negatives. The Provari happens to have a track record of reliability that's pretty hard to dispute, so of course it's going to generate fans. I don't understand why it has to generate so much contention as a result. When you're watching a review of a product, no matter what product or where from, you're getting someone's opinion. IF, in that person's opinion, the Provari is their favorite, why not figure out why, and recognize that they're using that as their benchmark product because it's their preference. Then develop your own opinion on the product based on the technical details vs their pros and cons and what they're weighing it up against.

Be a free thinker, not a sheep. Do you believe everything the news tells you because they said so?

Awesome response, but most people can't afford to be a free thinker. They actually rely upon other people's thoughts when they could save $80 and have a better product.
