Who manufactures HG eliquid?And confusing responses from Heaven-Gifts

I have emailed HG several times about the manufacturer of their new HG eliquid.They have been very evasive in the answers.I asked and they told me that Apple does not manufacture Iphones.What?What does Apple have to do with eliquid?
Ill just post the responses,Very evasive IMO

HG is our own brand, it is made by a professional manufacturer. Dekang is the brand of Dekang factory.

That professional manufacturer is certified by ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and so on. The whole production is sanitary and safe.
It is "HAVEN GIFTS INCORPORATED LIMITED" we used for HG e-juice. We have applied for SGS certificate and later it will be issued successfully.
We are really sorry that what we said and views made by customers who used HG e-juices still could not offer much confidence that you purchase HG e-juice. In this case, you may firstly purchase Dekang e-juice. We will offer SGS Certificate about HG as soon as we get permission. Hoping you have confidence at that moment.
We expect, later customers do not have any doubts and feel freely to purchase items, which are print with "HEAVEN GIFTS INCORPORATED LIMITED". It is our aim and we believe we will finally achieve it!

Are you saying that HEAVEN GIFTS INCORPORATED LIMITED owns a manufacturing facility?Or that is the distributor that you get the liquid through?

Apple does not own any manufacturing facility, nor does Apple assemble any iPhone, but Apple owns iPhone . Hope you can understand this is the way some business runs.

We really understand your concern.
However, We have to say so far it's still our big business secret that who is the manufacturer. We signed an agreement with the manufacturer who had no e-juice products before and then we worked with them for almost a year to create HG brand e-juices. We will not share such source information to any other one (especailly other sellers) until we have signed an exclusive agreement with them. We don't want to see other sellers sell the same e-juices with another brand, just like what is happening on the market. I hope you can understand now.
I believe SGS certificates can prove our e-juices are safe and clean, don't they? Anyway, if you still can not trust, we can also understand.

OK, what I get from all that doublespeak is that they are in negotiations with the actual manufacturer of HG eliquids for an exclusive contract and don't want to release the name until that is settled. They are assuring you that the manuf. has certifications. The Apple reference was their way of explaining to you that, like Apple, Heaven's Gifts does not itself own a manufacturing facility, but a company under another name does it for them.

HealthCabin sells HC liquid, not HG.... I would be willing that most for these juices come from DeKang.

They are doing what Sears and many companies do - have items branded with their name. Sears, for example, manufactures nothing, but damn near everything they sell has their name on it. And, I doubt very seriously that anyone at Sears, would identify their suppliers. That doesn't mean "their" products are deficient or sub-standard, or that you shouldn't buy them. In fact, because they are branded "Sears" they have added value, because Sears stands behind most of their products, tools for example, with an excellent warranty.

You have to remember that you are dealing with people whose first language is not English. Be specific with your questions & you'll get answers. It may take some patience on your part & some understanding that speaking, reading & writing in more than one language is not easy for everyone & using online translation software is not going to make it any easier.
