I am very familiar with the main Chinese juice companies such as Dekang and Hangsen ... However, RTS Vapes also sells a flavoring that they say is made by "Chinese tobacco Blends".

Never heard of a manufacturer called "Chinese tobacco Blends".

Any idea as to who this company really is?

I did a search and found this thread, but it seems that nobody else knows anything about this Chinese company other than there flavorings are nothing to write home about:

I know of no other supplier selling this brand either ... I am thinking it is some kind of RTS Vapes "House Brand" that they do in fact buy from someone in China, but certainly not Dekang or Hangsen.

RTS seems to be a pretty good vendor ... if this brand of flavoring is not so good, I am surprised they even sell the stuff (considering nobody even knows anything about "Chinese Tobacco Blends")

Any idea ...

There are many people that really like the RTS Chinese Flavors. Members requested that they carry them about a year or so ago but, I do not recall where they come from.

You may want to ask in the RTS thread to get the best answer. Remember, just because you do not care for a flavoring does not mean that others do not. I know several tobacco flavor vapers that will use nothing but the RTS Chinese flavoring. I do know that they come from China. Hence the name ;)

It could be a good idea to try a couple of their 10ml sizes. Something similar happens with Ecig Express and their "Tobacco Express" flavorings. I was curious enough and tried a bunch of them and they are really nice! Who makes them? Some company in China for sure; I guess these USA sellers are not going to let us know more than "Tobacco Express" and "Chinese Tobacco Blends", but I am under the impression than Dekang and Hangsen are their manufacturers. Just a hunch!

Fastech has a plain bottle of marlbro flavor, it has no brand on it, its really cheap. One came with something I bought and I left it around. Later I had some Hangsen tobacco flavor (highway/555) and thought it was awesome to help with cravings until I used it all (ok its just that good). One day I smelled the plain stuff, hmmm, smelled like the hangsen only stronger. It was. I never used it but used it all up and want more....why....every time I had something that needed more tobac flavor I put 10% of that in the clearo and boom it was great. Not a flavor it was juice, but nice flavor indeed. Have on idea what it is, FT site only says its got a factory warranty or something. I assume they buy it bulk, it tastes like NET to me, its a little reddish color mostly clear.

I personally will NOT go near ANY flavor made by an unknown company - regardless of how good it tastes. Flavor Art has a good reputation for disclosing which of their flavors might contain harmful chemicals/ingredients. Why take a chance when you can buy from a reputable company with excellent products and full disclosure.

I have had a mixed experience dealing with RTS. They sometimes fail to disclose some critical information about their products - even when it is readily available at their finger tips. Their Graham Cracker is one example. It comes in two different versions, one of which is dark and contains food colorings and other harmful chemicals. You never know which version they will send you, because RTS has purposely chosen not to disclose this info. I'd be skeptical of any opinions in favor of RTS or any other vendor. Some of these opinions come from advocates whose sole agenda is to promote that particular vendor.

I think all the major chemical companies should produce ingredients for vaping. After all they produce chemicals with names that we can't even pronounce placed in our FDA approved food. Right? If it's good enough for a lab rat it's good enough for me!

The FDA approves this message.
