Most people use high vg in drippers and don't care about viscosity. I get my stuff from DIY Flavorshack in Las Vegas. Maybe they will custom mix for you.
Sorry, I should have mentioned iv been using a mini nautilus at around 7 watts for a while, but it tastes burnt after less than a few days with 65%pg 18mg juice. It seems like all my favorite flavors taste like crap lately. But I'm still addicted to nicotine and need to ween myself off.

DIY is definitely your best bet to ween the nic percentage. No sense in buying a large order of 18, 12, 6, 3 and 0. No telling when you will feel comfortable with a reduction. Just get VG nic (24mg would be my suggestion) and use a handy DIY calculator to measure out your required concentration.

Didn't think I would lose you. What you quoted is simple measuring with something that shows milliliters. Like a syringe or the shot glass that I mentioned.

OK I'm getting it now Paul. Pretty simple , just new..

I have a 12cc syringe I imagine I could use.. This is turning into another project I didn't need though.

Do you have a recommendation for a vendor because I'm reading not all VG is created equal..

I still say call DIY Flavorshack tomorrow and see what they say about custom premix. That is where I buy my wife's flavored liquid and my VG and Nic in VG. I have bought from Wizard Labs before but you need to order enough for free shipping.

In the subforums are threads on what's the best this or that and everyone has an opinion.

Thanks.
I just got off the phone with DIY Flavorshack. I was told they will not mix with distilled water because its untested.. And also was told to simply buy the 25mg VG and then add DW to make a 90%VG/10%DW mix. So I'm still at square one because I would have to add both VG and DW to continue reducing my nicotine percentage..

Pardon me @rebar, but if your purpose is to reduce your nic over time... why not just order up VG with less nic? You didn't express any issue with viscosity so why why this need to add distilled water?
The lowest nic VG I can find is 25mg..
I'm using a mini nautilus, so I need to thin it for it to wick.

I cant believe Flavorshack wont use DW. I mean, its water ffs...

It isn't so simple. Inhaling distilled water that isn't sterile may introduce pathogens deep into your lungs where the can take hold and potentially get you sick as hell. Personally I was thinking of saline, coz that's used as the base for albuterol and ventolin on a nebulizer.

But if you want VG with less nic, get that custom shop to do it. That shd be well within their abilities to, and it'd no extra burden for you.

Good grief we used tap water in vaporizers for sick kids for years and years. Distilled water is close to sterile just not certified as sterile. As soon as you open the bottle it is not sterile anymore. We don't sterilize our equipment before we vape.

Anyway the 400 degrees that vaporizes the mixture ought to kill whatever gets in it.

Ok rebar, you have a cc syringe. A quick search says a cc and a ml are the same. If you can buy 36mg nic in VG and can buy plain VG in the same size bottle, you can mix the two together to make 18 mg. Assuming you have empty 15ml juice bottles, you can take the 12cc syringe and measure 9cc of this mix and put in the 15ml bottle. Then add 1cc of distilled water. This will give you a 10% mix. This would lower the 18mg by 1.8ml to 16.2mg. I don't think your nic addiction is going to know the difference. Later you can mix equal parts of the previous 18mg mix with an equal part of plain VG for a 9mg mix. Adding 10% water will make that 8.1mg. Does this help?
