Who to blame? Happy Vaper or CP?????

I placed an order 2 weeks ago on Mar 15. Got the email saying it was shipped Mar 16. Mar 29 i still don't have it. According to CP website it arrived in Montreal on Mar 25. The day after i was supposed to receive it! I have emailed Jake. He replied and said he would contact CP on my behalf. Still have not heard back from him. I am now starting to get mad at this whole situation. I can't blame Jack. I can't really Blame CP, and i will tell you why.

My order was supposed to be shipped "expedited parcel". So basically I should have it by now. I received a parcel from Manitoba to Newfoundland, that was shipped Mar 18 as a regular parcel. So who do i blame? i have had to resort to analogs again. I have parts for an ecig and this order was to replace the one i have. Very frustrated!!

That's Canada Post. Happy Vaper is fantastic, I'm sure if it's not resolved in a timely manner, you and Jack will figure something out.

We've all had our experiences with CP. They do tend to label things shipped even before it's hit my mailbox in the past. Might want to check with your postal office to see if the item was dropped off there as nobody may have been home when delivery was attempted, and CP forgot to post the note on your door (which I've also experienced).

As soon as I saw this I knew the person posting was new (no offense) :p

There isn't one bad review of HappyVaper.

I had a package sent from HV which normally shows up at my door within 2 days, take like 5-7 business days, I asked Jack to put a trace on it, it turns out they lost it, so they reimbursed HV and they sent me my package again.

Turns out they found my package a few days later and I got double :)

Sorry to hear of your frustrations !! We've all definately been there at one time or another with CP, and usually when we need the shipment most.

Definately a CP issue all the way. And they can take their sweet friggin time on a trace too (up to 2 weeks I've heard). Not that it matters to you right at this moment, but any parcel shipped is insured so your not at a loss entirely.

Jack is definately not to blame, as his commitment has been fulfilled apparently by you stating CP tracking showed movement. That is, unless a labelling error has occured for some reason but that's unlikely but not totally impossible.

Also, just so you know.... Jack is unable to respond here in the Can Members subforum regarding business discussion, so if your expecting one from him here you'd be better off pm'ing him or posting in his own sub forum (if you havn't already).

Best wishes on getting your stuff soon !

    Greg

kenox, by all means email Jack already. You've waited far longer to do so than I would have. Let me tell you something about Jack: twice, he offered to drive all the way from Richmond Hill - at night! - to downtown Toronto, to hand-deliver my Happy Vaper order when there was only a one-day mix-up with the shipping. That is incredible service!

So email him, dear. Tell him exactly what happened. Even though it's Canada Post's fault & not his...I am certain he will apologize for the mixup, and at the very least promptly get your order re-shipped that same day! He won't make you wait while he tracks down the errant package. He'll ship you a new one pronto & track the old one down on his time. Jack will do whatever it takes to take good care of his customers...and make you a happy vaper.

CP is weak. Sorry to hear about your situation here.

HappyVapor is literally the best vendor in history in terms of work-ethic and customer service - They also have most likely the quickest order/ship turn-around.

This situation reflects in no way on HappyVapor being in the wrong or being "to blame" - They probly dropped whatever they were doing when you put your order in, just so they could ensure it got shipped immediately for your satisfaction.

Canada Post is lame. I get different things from a vendor in BC (to me in Ontario) on a regular basis...the orders tend to be received within the same timeframe always - recently I had an order not arrive to me a couple weeks later than it would have normally arrived to me - I opened a ticket with Canada Post (which was a hassle in itself) - I never got any contact/help/feedback from them at all (still havent) and then the order finally came to me a week or so later.

Hope you get your stuff soon,

I had a friend who was mailing a parcel to Michigan from Toronto. Two days after they mailed it, it showed up at the door. Canada post thought they wanted it to go to the address that started with "From" not "To". They resent it and it never arrived. It sat in Toronto in the sorting station for 3 weeks while Canada Post tried to find it. Finally it was declared lost and they received the money and resent which went through just fine. A month later the first parcel showed up in Michigan.

    That's the "mail" for you.

rachel i did email Jack and he is looking into my order. he has been in contact with CP and is just waiting to hear back from them. he also said he is working on getting me a refund for the shipping. Like i said i am just venting as i have the parts for an ecig except for the m401 atty that magically disappeared. so i had to resort to analogs. I appreciate everyone's input. Thank you

Our postal lady now is real bright... I have a letter stuck to the door for her to pick up and re deliver to the right address. I mean come on girl, this side of the street the numbers are all odd numbers, other side is even. my parcel guy is great but the letter carrier has no clue. we get stuff delivered to the wrong address, letters, magazines etc all the time... and we get wrong people's mail all the time. she's been doing this route for quite a while now but I think she is in the wrong line of work since she doesn't understand how address' work...

I'm anxiously watching tracking of a fedex package from california right now. the broker is clearing it in canada right now. was shipped yesterday and expected delivery is tomorrow. picked up in los angeles yesterday, left oakland this morning for canada. going to wear out my mouse button clicking refresh hehe
