Unless you've had an extraction, root canal, some other procedures. In which case - doctor's orders will be _absolutely no vaping_ for 24-48hrs+++. (Vacuum can suck the clot right out and create dry socket - and you _really_ don't wanna go there). Follow the after-care procedures, and if it says "no smoking or drinking through a straw" - definitely don't vape.
