I never miss the Walking Dead - dumped Dish for Direct TV when they didnt renew AMC back in 2012, alot of faffing around just for AMC - but worth it. I hope Dish Network lost millions on that decision, even though they eventually did bring back AMC
I liked it but didn't love it. It was pretty low key. And I'm sure I wasn't the only one that predicted Carl was going to think Rick died and turned when he was just waking up in bad shape.
Heather and I are HUGE Walking Dead fans... Some of you may or may not know it is all shot here in our back yard... Constant casting calls for extras (zombies)... Heather and I have been past that biker bar many times when we are out on the bike... It always looked a little rough so we never stopped in... Great episode BTW... And to keep on topic, we vaped our brains out the whole episode!
Well I think after all it was the first episode after SO MUCH did happen i think it's good for a little calmer setting to start off the new season. after all the ending is great with the last line " it's for you " and it really makes you wonder who or whats at that door, I'm not going to say anything cause i don't want to ruin it for anyone And please don't ruin it for me!!!

Hey, speaking of being Underwhelmed...
Did anybody else think it was really ridiculous to have Carl sitting on the roof eating pudding, right outside of the room with the zombie trapped in it?
I mean I get that zombies are stupid and all, but the window was partially opened and he knew Carl was out there.
We saw earlier at the prison with Michonne that zombies will blindly impale themselves on thick sharpened logs in pursuit of live humans, why can't a zombie break through a single wood framed glass window?
That zombie seemed really lively when he was after Carl too, so it just seems to me he would have come right through that window, just sayin'.
To go from want happened in the midseason finale to that...bleh. I guess I'll expect something crazy to happen 3 episodes from now.. my friend said it the other night and I argued, but it is mainly just a zombie apocalypse soap opera.

So who watched the Season 4 Preview for GoT? WOW that looked awesome...some of those sets were jaw dropping. Waiting for the season to start is worse than waiting on vape mail...from China.

Nearly by definition that what all TV drama is, unless it is a problem/case of the week type show.
Ours wasn't set to record either! Dumb Dish Network...good thing we re-watched the last episode before the new one. Personally, I liked it - will be interesting to see where the rest of the group is.
Oh, and the living room was nice and foggy, with me on my Kayfun and hubby subohming.
Recorded it and just now finished watching it. Worked last night, so while I was vaping there, it was recording here...
Low key, yes. But it was focused on Carl.. wife was saying that that boy (the actor), if he keeps his head on right is going to be a killer..Lady Killer.. she already loves his eyes LOL
