I have 4 from Ahlsusion that I've had for 6 weeks and I just can't seem to taste them barely at all! I have other subtle things that I can taste so I'm baffled. I guess they just need a really long steep time?
I haven't tried their coconut cream though

What I've liked so far:
Nirvana Vapors has a couple of coconut flavors based on East Indian desserts that are great
Free State Vapor-the Nilsson
Highbrow Vapor's coconut

On order:
Steam juice-coconut cream pie
Vapor Chef - Hobbes blood
Pink Spot-surf rider

Looking at:
Alice in Vapeland-white rabbit
Black Label - Island Style
The Steam Co- Blue Lagoon
Miomi-coconut
P.O.E.T. -Torte De Arnicia - Orange cake and shredded coconut with a slight hint of tobacco
Indigo - Blue Yonder-Blueberry, Plum, Coconut
Coquito from Flavorz by Joe- creamy coconut, vanilla, cinnamon and rum
vaping Xtreme - coconut (supposed to be a toasted coconut)

It seems like a lot of things have coconut more as the accent than the main star
a tobacco with lots of coconut might be fine too

Wow Firephly, it's interesting you are finding Ahlusion so subtle in flavor; I find them to be some of the most flavorful I've ever had. Yet another reminder we all taste things differently! Back when Nicoticket had a coconut flavor lots of people really raved about it but I just never could get into it. Yet another example.

I think I've seen you say that you've had AiV stuff before. That's one that I find really subtle to the point of barely being able to taste some of them. I think that's why they all seem to taste a lot alike to me..I'm getting a stronger flavor from their base ingredients.

And speaking of mixing coconut with other things: CarMal Mambo + Coconut Dream + Frenilla from NT = Girlscout Samoa cookie. Just sayin :D

Hope you find your coconut nirvana. Wish I could be of more help..have had way more failures than wins on that flavor.

DenaInWyo,

I know, isn't it weird? I have ahlusion: peach black tea, boba tea, contrary cherry, and pineapple UPD cake. I keep trying the cherry because I was so hopeful on that one. The pineapple one is the best so far I think, the tea-I can't taste that at all, the cherry very slightly if i close my eyes and concentrate, lol
how long do you steep them?

AIV-some are too subtle for me too. A few I do really like though. They do all have a certain base element in common.

I'm listing flavors I might try as i find them:

Coval Vapes: Ocean-Prominently coconut with lemon and lime pairing nicely on the exhale.

"Coconut, peachy sweet yummy sort of smell out of the bottle. Interesting. Definite citrus element on the inhale, full bodied from the coconut which dissappears nearly entirely on the hit, hiding in the shadows like some kind of coconut ninja, always there but you'll never see him, yet the room note is a high powered coconut cannon in my nostrils, along with other sweet notes. Subtle. Clean. Not over sweet. Grapefruit? I'm not sure, but I'm digging this flavor. I'm really, really digging it. It's sooooo clean. I could spend a lot of time with this one. So I read the description, lemon lime makes sense to me - it's a bit more bitter than I would expect from lemon lime which is why I went to grapefruit but hot damn this stuff is good. Really novel use of coconut, of which I am a huge fan, this flavor merges two things one would not normally see connected but executes flawlessly."

hmmmm...!

Wow..that flavor sounds REALLY interesting. Coval vapes huh? I haven't heard of them but maybe I'll check em out.

The thing I have found with Ahlusion is that steeping doesn't necessarily make the flavor *stronger* as much as it changes it. When I first got caramel pear black tea, it both smelled and tasted straight up like celery. I'm glad I didn't give up on it though because in about 2 weeks it was amazing. How long I steep totally depends on the juice. Mango Lassi is fab ROOTB, anything with tea or tobacco usually needs a good two weeks (or longer). This coconut has been fantastic right away, but to be fair it took a week to get here after being made so it did actually have a week on it.

Have you ordered from Coval vapes before? Curious about them now.

Also, our good ol' GLV Tahitian Pearl is a very nice use of coconut as well.

teas are good for after a month the others 2 weeks

contrary cherry is known to be the most subtle flavors
So you wont get strong cherry

its really good for dripping in the relax mode
its 2 types of cherries mixed with vanilla

when I dipped it I would get dif tastes on dif hits
its a good vape but its not supposed to be strong flav

boba tea again not too strong but strong enough
more then contrary cherry but again I found that one was best dripping or in kayfun

pineapple UPD cake should be a stronger flav

Hmmm. Checked out the site. They appear to have the same webhost as Ahlusion actually. There are just a couple of visual things that make me wonder if they're pretty plain jane masquerading as fancy with the bottles, names, etc. Just my "at a glance" take on it though, having no actual experience with them.

Might just have to squander some $ and test em out! Has anyone else ever tried them?
