I'm the same way. Feeling too lazy to re-wick that Kayfun? Fill up an Aspire Nautilus. To busy to rebuild a dripper? New carto in the IBTanked and off I go.
Mech mods are fun but for me it's hard to beat a DNA 30 device. Shoot, I even like cigalikes.
This very minute, I picked up my iTaste 134 mini, with a full size Nautilus, and MBV Absinthe juice. The one I've used the most in the last few days is my brand new A-Mod/Wotofo ZNA clone (if I had the money, I'd buy more, or a real one if I won the lottery...I love it!), also with a full size Nauti and MBV Extreme Ice (my fave go-to flavor for most of the day). For "dessert", I have my Smok Zmax, a VapeRev Rev carto tank, and ITC Vapes Spoon Licker V.2, which is delish!

My second new unit in third week is just an off the shelf emow, but funding this all super addictive and looking to upgrade again already. Just have to convince the lady she needs my old new one, haaaa. As far as juices go, we are experimenting with various flavours and brands that we have been buying on line.
It is good but has a very strong flavor. I can't vape it all day..
I'm a "K.I.S.S." sorta person, (Keep it simple, stupid!) 
in every area of life, and especially with vaping - fiddling around with stuff just annoys me; if i have to tinker with something to get it to work, i'll wind up just not using it. So...
in keeping with the super-simple theme, I have three iTaste VV 3.0's on constant rotation, with a bunch of Aerotanks filled with various juices that can be quickly and easily switched around all the time. Also keep a few PT3 mini's around for juice tasting, and have an ePower as well, but rarely use it... mostly only for travel, or as a portable power source if I'm out all day. Besides all that I have two Spinners solely for backup, in case ALL else somehow fails, LOL.
Am not interested in "more and shinier and bigger", my goal was to arrive at a good reliable setup that I love, that i can 'set and forget' ... which I've achieved. So at this point am only spending money on juice and coils, and am saving loads compared to what i used to spend on cigs!!

Hello! I am currently using a vamo v5 with an aspire nautilus mini tank and Mt. Baker Vaper blue moo juice
At work and while I'm out and about I use a vs rdna with a russian 91% and peppermint juice.
At home mmv nanos with the clt2 and whatever juice I feel like at the moment.
