Hi Jun Teh & welcome to ECF..i am also from Penang and being vaping now for over 2 years(was 30+ yrs smoker)..i know of pasar malam seller @ Sungai Dua(every sat only)..but also i see e-cig sold in Bukit Jambul store(a few stores away from Maxis shop)..ground floor near to the ATM machines..but still the cheapest & reliable to buy online from Healthcabin(the forum supplier) Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail ...very fast delivery by ems(within 1 week)..good luck ..hope U get to find yr e-cig gadget..and happy vaping...regards mafig ps i dont keep a "list of friends"..every1 here is my friend
