Why am I getting less vapor at higher volts?

I just rebuilt a vivi mini with nichrome 30 gauge 2.6 ish ohm micro coil. It works great at 3.3-4 volts however if I crank it up any higher I actually get less vapor???? Are my wicks just not able to supply enough liquid?

mod power is the mostly likely culprit. What are you using it with? Older models may not get the amperage necessary to drive a lower ohm ed coil at higher voltage.

What kind of mod are you using?
What Kind of e-liquid are you using?

I have it on a 1100 twist is that my problem?
Its a 50/50 homebrew
Im also using nichrome wire from a hobby store I'm not sure the gauge i was guessing 30 didn't think it should make a huge difference as long as the ohms weren't to high or low. Its replacement wire for a foam cutter.

hey all I dug out my good ole puck mod clouds of vapor and throat hit. The only down side to these damn micro coils is I can't stand my sweet tobaccos any more. It makes them so sweet it's sickening, now marlboro flavor actually tastes decent who knew..... thanks for the help!!!!!!!
