Randall Fox, the owner of MyPVShop removed my poor review and I find this to be unacceptable.
Randall, you're subject to the viewpoints of your customers whether you like it or not. Simply deleting a post because you disagree with it or can't be bothered responding is not an appropriate way to conduct business. I wasn't rude and I wasn't inappropriate, I simply stated the facts from my perspective. Like it or lump it, customer feedback is not always positive.
You ignored my questions about poor quality atomizers several times through email and due to that I brought my disgruntled attitude to the forums, where it belongs in such circumstances.
I spent thousands of dollars with your company and endured what I can only describe as poor products. Products that you were happy to sell me time and time again, knowing full well I'd return for more.
