With all these posts I see about different tanks and clearomizers why wouldn't everyone just buy a vivi nova and stick with it,I too have succumb to temptation and bought clearomizers and tanks,And in the end I don't have too cause I own a vivi nova.Even if you want a small one just buy the mini Vivi Nova.If you do a water clean every day or 2 days you will get long life out of the heads and a clean tank and wicks.I don't even see the point of soaking or even using distilled water for that matter. The BPusardo video on cleaning is all you have to do and thats it,Nothing more.I sometimes don't even let anything sit over night I just rinse do a paper towel dry on everything dry burn the head till it glows and fill the tank back up and everything is excellent. It vaps better than any tank or clearomizers and never leaks. To me it is the ultimate tank, clearomizer or what ever you want to call it.I'm even thinking of getting a cartomizer for my Dct tank cause I haven't used it in so long but whats the point.Just my opinion.

I had to learn the Vivi, Twisting it, trimming wicks,Making sure the head is screwed on tightly and it will run like a champ. And I think it should be cleaned every 1 or 2 days max,It takes 5 min.And its built like a brick you know what.I can't believe the stuff I cried over when I first bought one and got a dry hit or whatever and thought it was junk,It was a small learning process not brain surgery.

Everyone has preferences in the batteries that they use, mods that they use, and juice delivery devices that they use. What ever works best for them and keeps them off of cigarettes is the best device for that person.

Not everyone enjoys the vivi nova. I think they are ok. I have three. I like how easy they are to fill, but I have cartotanks that have the same easy twist off top. They usually provide a lot of vapor. However, in my personal experience with them, some flavors are muted, to the point that I can't tell there is any flavoring in the juice at all. So I only use them with certain strong flavors.

Because I like to test, because variety is fun, because my PV looks better with a 'heavier' RBA.. etc. etc. :) I have all the vivis and they are good, no doubt. but they are far from the end all and be all for me. :)

Understood, I am too tempted and happy to try new things.Maybe I haven't tried enough out there.

I really like my vivis, especially when I'm on the move. I'd tried a few different tanks and cartos but the vivis were/are consistent. After trying a few RBAs and not getting good results, I returned to my vivis often. After a few days of tinkering with my latest RBA it delivered a taste that I can only wish a vivi could. Since then my RBA is all I vape at home. It's a preference/time thing me thinks :)

Well, it the Z-atty-.. just kiddin' :) It's the SmokTech Hyper SRT II (aka the "R"). BPusardo couldn't give it a thumbs up, but that was not the version that's available now. I did a review on it if you're interested. It's in the RBA section somewhere. I've had it since the 24th (vaping everday since). Since I don't do silica (cotton wicks), I immediately modded it to take the thicker wicks. At first the flavors were muted compared to the vivis, but once I got it dialed in, wow. My father is a big fan of the vivis too. After a few minutes of vaping on my SRT, he went and ordered one for himself. Unlike me he installed the wick/ohm that he liked (it comes with four total). He said it vaped great as is.
Aren't ya glad I didn't say Atty.... ;)

I love my Vivi Nova's--both of them. And I plan to buy more in the near future, and some Mini Vivi Nova's as well.

But I like to vape a LOT of different juices, and sometimes I just want a few toots of a specific flavor. I HATE dripping--it is a pain, it's messy, and it's not safe to try to do while driving. So I have a LOT of 901 attys and cartridges for them. Vivi's--even the Mini's--are just not practical for my vaping style sometimes.

And I'm wanting to get into RBAs and making my own coils, so I'll be looking at that sort of tank too. It's not that I don't like the Vivi Nova, bu tit is a little tricky to rebuild the heads, and an RBA is a LOT easier to customize if I want to tinker with the inner workings.

The Vivi is a GREAT product--and it is my "go-to" tank when I'm out of the house, but it cannot be all things to all people. I use mine a LOT, but I also have other options--cartos, attys, RBAs, and carto tanks.

You guys need to try the Kanger T3, I'm new to clearomizers and decided to try both the nova 2.5 and T3. I vaped both side by side with the exact same set up and liquid. T3 imo was the best tasting by far, no muted flavor at all. No trimming needed, nor vaping half the tank before you get any flavor required. It just tasted good out of the box, It's about as fiddle free as u can get right now from a clearo.

Flavor flavor flavor thats why

^ That. Once you try an atty that gives you good flavor and vapor, you will wonder what you ever liked about the vivi. It is good for a beginner though, easy to use and clean and better than some alternatives. I was a fan until I actually tasted my juice, then it was all over for the poor vivi's.

ajventi, the Stardust is very similar to the ViVi Nova in design (same manufacturer) and, for me, they seem to work a bit better than the Nova's (probably because of the narrow top end around the wicks). But, they don't have the capacity of even the mini Nova.
I have 7 Nova's and really like them but they don't perform well with thicker juice and tilting them all the time can get to be a drag. Do love how easy they are to maintain and fill.
Going to be trying my hand at putting a mesh wick in one of my Nova's to see if that at last partially resolves some of the wicking & muted flavor issues...from what I've read, it should.

My Vivi's just leak and i hate it.I do not not have the top and bottom caps cross threaded either.Just at some point as the atty heats up the juice,it starts to bubble up around the bottom cap.I have 3 different color aluminum tanks, and a clear tank, they all still leak around the bottom cap.I have been using the iclear 16 dual coil clearomizers and they are excellent.I have just recieved the 5 pack i ordered yesterday in the mail, to go along with the 2 that came with my MVP,and i absolutely love them.Flavor is awesome and they work right out of the box no need to wait for it to wick, they just work great.Downside, they only hold 1.6ml's of juice so,filling constantly is a pain. But until something comes out that can do just as good,i am sticking with them.

I read similiar experiences often; But they are cheap. Mine are rock solid; the only ones I dare but in my pocket. As for the taste; yeah, they are good for what they are, but can't beat an RBA.
