Well if it was me I would be on the phone or emailing them and discussing the matter because although venting on the Internet doesn't help with the aggravation level it does help solve the problem which is all up to them. What have they done to address the issue? If they want it returned make sure to get an RMA and make them pay for shipping because it isn't your mistake.
