Why can't I post pictures?

I've tried several times and all I can come up with is that I don't have enough posts or something...?

Once you've made your 5th post, the system has to upgrade your account. This happens at 25 minutes after each hour. Patience. In about 15 minutes, you'll be able to post elsewhere as well as post links to your images.
