Why cant i use my visa debit card !!!!

very very frustrated as to why i cant use my visa debit card i used it to buy my tb so its not my bank or the way im imputing info i need to place and order i need some stuff and this is not cool i left you a message and sent a ticket in im waiting for a response

I have replied to you.
COV has no control over charge authorizations. These are done by the bank.
The usual reason is the incorrect billing information is being entered and does not match.
If you still have a problem, contact me for other payment arrangements.
