Why created rules?

The 5 post rule is there to prevent unregistered suppliers and in general anyone that would spam the forum as is the case with many of the other forums that I have been part of. If you are here for any length of time, you'll be glad that those rules are in place and that the moderators here are some of the best.

These rules are to eliminate trolls, computers that post randomly like spam to clog up the forum with junk mail.

Having the 5 posts before posting else where stops this.

The first 5 posts must be done in the new members area. It's easy and then you are able to post anywhere.

In rules, I could write on forum, if I have 5 or more posts, in real, I could't, for whom it rules created?

If the problem is with posting outside the new members forum even though you have 7 posts, you might try again a little later. I believe that I read it could take up to an hour for the changes to be made to an account.
