Is the FDA still seizing E-Cigs?

I'd have posted this in the legislation forums but as a new member I am restricted for awhile. I would love to know if anyone has heard of the FDA seizing any more E-cig shipments since the appeals court ruled against them. If no one knows the answer, would a veteran poster mind creating a new topic asking this question to people who might know? Thank you so much for any information.
