Need some help here! my current mod has a Evolv 30D chip and it fires fine, but the screen seems to be blank. Any idea why? removing and installing a battery won't help. it goes to locked mode etc, but screen just stays blank.

is it in stealth mode?

did you drop the mod hard enough to break the screen or tear the cable?

What's the possibility that you got juice into the mod thru 510? Usually the screen is the first to go when the dna30's mortal enemy, ejuice attacks the chip. Or like Jmarkus said, the ribbon cable broke.

^^ Funny to see him here, when I took interest in learning about building mods, the screen getting liquid on it and the ribbon cables breaking loose were some of the big things he thought to warn me about right off the bat.

If you're able to tell or you built it yourself, how is the screen mounted with regards to the chip. Is it straight up and down, bent over itself, or does the ribbon have a twist in it?
