I called 6 times today all six I was on hold for about 5 minutes with elevator music and then forced into voice mail left 2 messages hours ago and still no one will get back to me, mind you these are normal business hours for both me and SI I actually checked to make sure.

First time order defective battery with the thread not done right broke two ce3s or whatever they're called, ordered a total of 4 batteries 3 worked fine one has QC issues and broke 2 of those re-fillable tubes.

For a first time customer unlike the billion of customer reviews on the net I'm not overly impressed.

Well it would be better if you let a ticket online. I believe it's faster. But do not worry usually SI takes care everything pretty fast.

How did you broke the CE's?

The defective battery thread got stuck about 1/4 way in and wouldn't come in or out, after having to use some needle nose pliers to get them out since the thread itself wasn't cut right the tops would leak making them useless. Anyway I'll try to submit a ticket and see if that helps, apparently the hotline is just for show.

Hours? Really? I know you are disappointed, but go to your account and put a ticket in, they will get back to you quickly.
Yes really hours... Problem with that?

I've worked CS for 23 years there isn't a single aspect of that job you could ever teach me. I've never had a customer call my office and had no one get back to them in 6+ hours. So please get off the fan boy bus and put your big boy pants on.

Hi I am very sorry for the issue... Unfortunately we have been growing so fast...our current facility is completely overrun... We have no room anywhere including adding more desks and phones for CS people. We are moving into our new 12,000 sf facility in April. At which time we will fully staff up ... in order to be able to satisfy all phone calls. If you send in an email request it will be replied to within 24 hours. Again I apologize for the issue and we do realize there is an issue and it will be addressed as soon as possible.

I am no fanboy, not even a boy! I was only trying to offer help since you posted your problem. Sometimes patience is necessary, no need to get upset.

Sorry guys didn't mean to offend anyone, been smoking for almost 3 decades quit cold turkey this morning a little antsy to say the least. Didn't mean to go off on anyone, it's been a long day.

I apologize for the comment.

Sebrina - I feel your pain. Quitting smoking is rough even with vaping to replace the cigs with. The good news is that vaping has turned out to be a great replacement for cigs--for me anyway. I have noticed I am a bit more angry than I used to be on some days. Still nothing like when I quit cold turkey or used the patch or gum. Certainly hope you are doing reasonably well with vaping and that your mood will improve over time. Best of luck to you.

Submitting a CS ticket is certainly the best option IMHO. They will hep you quickly.

Welcome Sebrina! CONGRATULATIONS on quitting smoking.
I smoked for 26 years, and just past 4 months. The anxiety gets to me sometimes... Hang in there, vape like a fiend!

Sebrina--welcome to the SI forum, where help and commiseration are always available.:2cool:
Something to think about: It is not uncommon for folks to ease their way into vaping, by cutting down on the smokes as they begin, eventually getting completely away from the stinkies. And everybody has a different time-line.
Each cigarette you don't smoke is a win. Be kind to yourself; you're already doing a really good thing.
If SI doesn't get your issue resolved in a timely fashion, you will be this first I've heard of. (They will likely want the defective battery back, for QC purposes, if nothing else).
Those of us that frequent this forum, are, of course, happy customers. Few, if any, of us are rabid about it.:D
All are welcome in the chit chat (or any) thread, where the conversation can be quite varied. Feel free to join in anywhere.
