Why don't you approve bad reviews?

Wow that's a serious charge. Why do you feel that they do not "approve" of negative reviews? When I've reviewed flavors on their site it take time for it to post. Maybe that's it? I would be ticked if they indeed blocked negative reviews just for the sake of their product, but I can't imagine they would do that. If an item is overwhelmingly receiving negative reviews they simply stop selling that item. That's what happened in the past on at least one item I was going to buy. Is this a flavor or hardware?

Interesting that your brought this up.

Yesterday I posted at a review at that site, after receiving two sets of prefilled cartos. I was not at all impressed. In fact, I threw away half of my order. One set (chocolate) was almost impossible to draw from. The other set (vanilla) drew easily, but was way too hot for me. But neither of them really had much of a taste at all. I learned a newbie lesson, though: Don't buy prefilled cartos (even if you think you can refill them). I just checked, and my review has not been posted.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. They're probably busy, and haven't had time to approve it yet.

I also did a random check of about 20 other products. I saw no reviews that didn't have 4-5 stars. Maybe everything they sell is really good, and my order was just a fluke.

Hmm. I'm sure that is not it, but likely the fact that the products are priced low enough that people do not leave feedback.

That said, flavor and taste are subjective. I find that MFS e-liquids are very good, where as someone like yourself may not like the same thing.

I actually purchased a 5 pack of pre-filled cartos as well from MFS, RY4 and 12mg. The person I bought them for absolutely thought they were way too strong! Upon trying to refill them I found that they are the older type with a hard tip and silicon type seal, making them more hassle to refill than they are worth.

I have been to their site to pick up orders on many occasions, and they seem very busy. They are nice people IMHO, and have some stellar SunDrop e-liquid. It really does taste like the soda. It is my second favorite and an all day vape for me. I don't tend to like tobacco flavors nearly as much as others, so take it for what it is worth.

I really hope that they aren't blocking these reviews, as that is what helps companies become better at satisfying the customers desires.

Hopefully a rep at MFS will answer you're question!

This is what I found out:
  1. We do not review these everyday so it will often take a few days for reviews to be posted.
  2. We have to look at each review individually because we get lots of spam on our product review board due to the fact that we do not require customers to log in or even enter their name on a review.
  3. If we feel that the negative experience was caused by the customer using the product incorrectly we will try to contact the customer directly to resolve the issue. Many times it is a simple fix and the customer no longer feels negatively about the product. If this is the case the review will be disapproved.
  4. Even still, the majority of our reviews are very positive. Only 13 of the last 200 reviews received have been less than 4 or 5 stars
  5. Of those 13:
a. 2 were not about the product at all and were just messages to us that the customer posted in the review section
b. 3 were resolved after speaking with the customer because they were simply doing something wrong that caused the negative experience
c. 1 was a customer caused issue (they would take 5-6 drags in a row and get a harsh taste) – but no name was given to contact customer so we just disapproved this one
d. 7 were approved

Bottom line, we are not trying to hide negative reviews in any way. If there is a negative experience with our product we would like to hear about it and would like the opportunity to speak with the customer about it to see if there is a way it can be fixed.

As mentioned previously, I believe the reason we get so few negative reviews is because our prices are so low.

We also have several pending reviews that have not been processed yet, so if you have a recent review it has likely not been looked at yet.
