I waffled over this very question for about a half a day. Bought a BB.

Size was the first reason.
It's going to be my mobile solution. BB will fit in your docker's front pocket and won't unbalance your golf swing. It's easily palmable and even discreet.

Passthru (available now) was the second.
5v sweetspot vaping (actually any voltage your wall wart can deliver).

Third: I am OCD, I *needed* to make an impluse buy and it was in stock. :)

here you go (available in stores). You don't need over 7v anyway... i hope. $36 though.

Enercell™ High-Power AC Adapter - RadioShack.com

and yes, the car adapter shows as in stock at my store (stupid clerk).

I was tempted to buy a power supply with a USB port to use with a PT but if the capacity(MAH) is similar to a 18650 battery then why wouldn't a Silver Bullet be preferable?

Perhaps the volts of the PT invokes a more powerful hit?

Anyone compare the hit of a 3.7 volt SB to the BB PT?

Ok, I've had my BB for most of a week? now. Batteries were out of stock so I've been using my PT at 5v 2a. It was great. When I couldn't use the PT I was using my stock Joye 510... it sucked. It was barely adequate and enough to keep me from having to do an analog but it basically sucked. Non stop vaping and sore cheeks with no real satisfaction. Dripping was better but getting about 4 or 5 puffs before having to drip again is a pain not to mention impractical while driving.

I got batteries today. The difference is significant! I had read Scottbee's measurements that the regular 510 only delivers 3.1-3.2v to the atomizer and the 510 usb pt maybe 3.4. I have the 510 pt with the small battery in-line and it wasn't any different (maybe the ones without the battery are better?). I had high hopes for the full 3.7v and this has exceeded them.

Outstanding! This is a lot closer to the 5v PT than it is to the stock 510. I'm a happy camper. Good thing too, I'm golfing this Saturday.

hmmm, maybe not a completely happy camper... I figured I'd flip the switch on my enercell and try 6v instead of 5v. How's that protected CR2 bottom for the BB coming along? Can I order it now? :)
