I am by no means an expert on ecigs, but I do know great customer service. I have placed about 10 separate orders with ben over there at v9 and I always get exceptional service. the shipping is scary fast and theres always a quick handwritten thank you from ben. I also always seem to be able to find a 15% coupon  
 
recently i had my first problem, I accidently choose the wrong shipping and it was 11:00pm on a saturday night. I thought I was s.o.l When I woke up at 9am the next morning I already had a reply from ben saying he fixed my shipping hiccup and my items were on there way.
