I vape too much I think, I just started vaping about 2 weeks ago. And I am down to 1-2 Analogs a day. Just wondering if that's okay from a pack-1 1/2 a day user. It seems I'm not getting something but this is the only thing that has worked so fare for me. I love all the Toys too

Welcome to ECF! I think it's great you are down that much, don't you! Congrats on getting off the spendy stinkies, your children have a great dad and role model.

BTW... Unless you are having adverse effects from vaping too much, I wouldn't sweat it. Like me, there are many of us here that "chain vape". I just love it so much and for me, this is the only thing that has worked for me too!

Thank's for the Welcome!! I don't know how many times I've read things from this website before I finally joined.
I love this website and cannot wait untill I can kick this filthy habit 100% I've tried to quit with , the patch, gum, Chantex alot of things and I love the Way E-Cigs Taste!!! My favorite is 555 and i got everything I will need to make some on DIY supply's. I will also need some kind of chart or something to know what to mix and what %'s to use.

I use 2 Kr808d-1's So fare and made a easy Altoids Box Mod? i think they are called. lol. I also Got the PCC the one with the leather cover although it charges it around 70-80% still not a bad thing to have on the go... Someone told me about tanks so i got one for a 510 and a adapter hope it works!!!

* And another thing amazing is My father Had me Order a starter kit for Him!!!*
He is on a C-pap Machine so that's Amazing!!

One can never vape too much! At least, that is what I say whenever people say I vape too much. I'm thinking you are gonna enjoy stepping up to a higher voltage device. You will also likely vape even more then. I do. It isn't like chain-smoking one bit, considering you are no longer harming yourself. I am yet to hit the nic narcosis wall, but mix my own 16mg stuff so I would have to mainline it to feel queasy. Not that I am not trying!

A lot of us, were worried we vaped too much when we first started out. It's really not a big deal and it's mostly a "new and shiny" type deal. You'll eventually settle into your own comfortable vaping pace. I usually just take a toot here and there, ...When you feel more comfortable with the satisfaction of your vape, you should try having 0 cigarettes for just 1 week. Switching from smokes to vaping, really isn't as scary as it seems, and many of us have thrown our cigz out the second we got our first kits, and never looked back...Just commit to vaping for 1 week...there's a good chance that after one week, you'll just keep going, and if you have a smoke, there's a 90 percent chance that you won't even be able to stand the taste.

A big difference for me is that I used to smoke sometimes too many analogs one right after another and I
didn't really enjoy the taste. To me, cigarettes only tasted good first thing in the morning and after a meal
or after being without for several hours. Whereas vaping tastes good even if you chain vape. Now with a big fat battery and full tank, I can vape all evening without the nasty taste that accompanied smoking.

I vape WAY more than I ever smoked. Why not? It tastes great, it's not hurting anyone. I've had to go down on the nicotine, because I'm vaping 5-7ml/day.

I had one this morning and after I did, I just got a bad feeling like I was ashamed. I'm going back and forth in my mind all the time. You don't know how something has got you until you leave it behind. The taste is honorable all ready and I don't even know why I still use one or two a day. I've kicked a habits that seems fare Bigger than Ciggs. It's the hardiest after a Meal at the end of the day, or with a morning cup of coffee. I really thank all of you for giving me all the great info and I will try to give it a week commitment. *Thanks Tony!* And I just tracked some of my things and it's out for delivery today!!! Have alot of new Flavors to try and got some blanks for them!! I had a cherry from a site and it taste like cold meds not a fan at all but i will find one that suits me!

Need to find one that tastes like a Black and mild that would be a good day!

as for DYI there is a program called e-juice me up thats free and will help you with your % and figures everthing out for you easily and also has a few recepies that come with it. as for vaping too much i wouldnt worry about it, we all vape too much lol, if you dont feel sick or get dehydrated dont worrk about it if it keeps you off the cigs

Tony, that's my younger brother's name. I just got him started on his first setup a few weeks ago, also. He still reaches for a cigarette on the weekends when he drinks but I have a feeling he won't keep that up for long. He says he only vapes during the week and doesn't use cigarettes. If you're using an 808 battery, you could definitely get more satisfaction out of something with a little more voltage. I know that was the case for me. I started with an 808 kit and quickly moved to an ego style battery with low resistance, then picked up a 3.7V mod and now I'm loving life with my provari at higher voltages.

Anyways, welcome to the forum and stick with it! Find whatever works best for you and you'll be through with the cigarettes in no time!

Personally, I didn't put the demand on myself to give up cigarettes entirely. I just found that I preferred vaping. I would think that the stress of feeling like a failure if you have a cigarette or just the anxiety of "I can never have another" would drive me to want one even more.

New vapers... don't beat yourselves up. Allow yourself a cigarette now and then if you need one. It's the ones you don't have that matter. Vaping should be fun and shouldn't feel like you're depriving yourself.

You did not say what nic mg you were vaping. You might try upping it a little to do away with any cig cravings.

Be sure to drink lots of water, and then it won't matter how much you vape.

12mg 1.2%? And i have some 18mg coming and a small 5ml of 24. I'm still trying new things, Hopefully I find something I can be conferable doing soon. I also got a pass though for my 808 and I'm loving it. It slacks on using a adapter for my captivate phone.

I had someone tell me I can make a 510 Tank work with my Kr808d-1 Could someone shed some light if they had done this? Said something about punching a hole and that's about all they really said that I saw. It's coming today so I need to figure it out thanks!

The threads are different with 510's. I'm not sure if you're talking about building a tank around your 808 cartos or adapting a 510 carto to fit, but I could see either one working. Syringe tank mods make for the most inexpensive, leakproof tank, imo. I have a step by step tutorial on my youtube channel that shows you everything you need, with links, and how to make them.
