why is my avatar so tiny

My avatar is like postage stamp sized. Is it a resolution problem?
What resolution should it be to show up normal sized?

I think 150x150 is the max size, I don't remember for sure as mine now is 200x200 since beconing a supporting member. How's this, it's 126x150, use it if you like.
