everytime I make my coils I am finding that one gets pretty bone dry and the other seems like it is very saturated. it will soak up the juice but it looks like it is pretty damn wet and I can see their isn't anything in the juice well. I am using the mutation xs on an evict vt 60wat duel coil build clocking in at 0.62 ohm although I think this is wrong as earlier it was reading 0.50/0.49 so I have to fix that I think the screws are coming loose or something as I found juice in the connection pins cleaned it out and ohms dropped from 0.81 to 0.62

Agreed, especially if you have a box mod, you tend to use one hand and you don't roll it like a tube mod so all the juice goes to one side.
did you "clip" one of the leg wires on one of the coils making it a single coil unit? even tho the screws are tight, one of the coils is "missing" a connection at the post. Move the coils around a bit and see if one isnt fully connected....
If one of your wicks dries out faster while vaping its coil is heating faster because it has less resistance (is shorter) than the other.
you using a thermometer or your EYES to determine the even heating...... Are both coils getting the same amount of air? Are you dripping more to on side than the other? Is the wick tighter or looser in one coil vs the other.
If one coil is a higher resistance than the other, that could be a reason. Like other users said, have you pulsed to be sure they're heating evenly? Are they identical coils in terms of wraps and inner diameter?.. Same wire? (Dumb question probably.)
Whenever I've noticed this happening it's usually because a screw coming loose. Might be worth trying a complete rebuild if it's still giving you issues.

If it's a kanthal build, dry fire your coils. They should glow red evenly and at the same time. If not, you'll probably need to pinch or adjust them. Maybe even completely rebuild it.
I had the same issue and pulled my cotton, turns out that one of the leads had snapped within the cotton so I couldn't see it. Thought it'd be worth checking if you haven't.
yea i dry fired it both were glowing evenly. could just be the way i built my coils it was kind of sloppy or like some said putting too much juice on one side then another.
