OMG you are cracking me up. Okay, you have to take a small draw then a bout a 4 second suck like on a straw. What happens sometimes is you have to "fluff" your ..... I mean filter in the cartridge, cuz if it isn't sitting there right it won't vape right.

Practice will make perfect. Primer puff will help. Don't suck hard! lighter smooth hits work the best. A full drag of vapor can take 5-7 seconds to achieve. I had same problems also when I first started.

First time new cartridges from the ecig supplier DO NOT have a pack of "smoke" in them. Many new users assume this to be true and end up sucking like a mad man to get that "Full pack" of vapor. There is no such thing, generally stock carts. will have about 2-3 cigs worth of decent vapor.
Sounds to me that you may have flooded your atomizer. un-screw your atomizer from the battery and blow compressed air thru the small airhole, upwards toward the tip. (remove the cartridge also Before doing this process)
